Whether you’re new to competition or looking to build a solid foundation, this 12-week program offers everything you need to develop your posing skills from the ground up.

If you have a good, long lead-up to your competition, this is the perfect time to focus on the essentials - foundations, conditioning, finesse, flow, and overall presentation. This program is ideal for those who are new to competing or those who need to refine foundational pillars and master transitions. It does not include specific choreography or presentation sequencing. These are typically developed following the completion of the Program.

What’s Included:

Live Virtual Posing Training: 4 x 30-minute sessions per month, totaling 12 sessions. All sessions are conducted via Zoom with replays available.
3-Month Plan Overview: A comprehensive plan that includes a practice schedule, stretching routines, and posing frequency.
Weekly Video Modules: Get access to posing and competition-specific video content to guide you through each week.
Video Submissions: Submit your practice posing videos for review and critique with a 24-48 hour turnaround (Monday to Friday).
Personalized Coaching: Receive recommendations on everything from skin prep, hair, and tan prep to suit colors, shoes, make up and jewelry (excluding training).
Content Delivered via App: Access all content conveniently through my app.
