Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services, subscriptions, packages, digital products, and physical goods purchased through TamaraVahn.com, Body By You, and associated platforms, unless otherwise stated in writing.

1. General Policy

All purchases are final. All services, service packages, subscriptions already billed, digital products, and downloadable materials are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Posing Sessions and Service-Based Bookings

All posing sessions and service-based bookings are non-refundable upon purchase.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Notice

To cancel or reschedule a booked session, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.

- 48 or more hours before the scheduled session: the session may be rescheduled

- Less than 48 hours before the scheduled session: the session is forfeited

- No-show / missed session: the session is forfeited

Late Arrival

If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled end time. Additional time is not guaranteed.

Makeup Sessions

Any approved rescheduled or makeup session must be used within 30 days of the original booked session date, unless otherwise stated in writing. After that time, the session is forfeited.

Transfers

Purchased sessions may be transferred to another person only with prior written approval. If approved, the client must provide the new participant’s full name and email address. Transfer approval does not guarnatee extension of any expiry date or alter any other booking terms.

3. Session Packages and Expiry

All purchased sessions must be used within the following timeframes from the date of purchase:

Single session: within 30 days

2-session package: within 30 days

5-session package: within 90 days

10-session package: within 6 months

15-session package: within 6 months

Unused sessions expire after the applicable period and are forfeited.

4. App Access Following Cancellation of Services

If a client cancels, completes, or otherwise discontinues coaching or services, access to the app, program materials, files, and in-app content will remain available for 7 Days from the date services end, unless otherwise stated in writing.

After that 7 day period, app access may be removed.

Clients who wish to keep their app access and previously delivered content active may choose to continue access for $10 USD per month.

Continued app access at this rate includes:

- access to previously assigned app content, files, and materials

- continued visibility of prior check-in history, logs, and progress data already housed in the app

- access to existing message history within the app, where platform functionality allows

Continued app access at this rate does not include:

- active coaching services

- new program design

- new check-ins or form review

- ongoing feedback, revisions, or support

- guaranteed direct messaging responses unless otherwise stated in writing

Tamara Vahn reserves the right to modify or discontinue app-access continuation options at any time.

5. Subscriptions

Subscription services may be canceled before the next billing date to prevent future renewal charges. Cancellation does not create entitlement to a refund for any payment already processed.

6. Digital Products

All digital products, downloadable resources, guides, templates, e-books, prerecorded materials, and similar digital content are non-refundable due to the nature of instant access and delivery.

7. Physical Products

All physical product sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Any issue involving damage, defect, or fulfillment error must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

8. Exceptions

True emergencies may be considered at our sole discretion. Any exception granted in one instance does not create an ongoing obligation or precedent.

9. Chargebacks

By making a purchase, you agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
