1. No Refunds After Program Start
Once a program or service has commenced, no refunds will be issued. This applies to all services, including training programs, competition prep, posing and any other customized services.

2. Non-Transferable Services

All services provided are non-transferable, with the exception of unused posing sessions. Unused posing sessions may be gifted to a friend, provided the friend meets the necessary conditions (e.g., approval by the coach, experience level suitability). These sessions must be redeemed within the originally scheduled timeframe.

3. Session Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancelling or rescheduling a booked session.

Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the session being forfeited. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in the forfeiture of future sessions.

4. Make-Up Sessions
For any posing sessions cancelled in advance (with proper notice), clients will be allowed to reschedule the session. The make-up session must be used within 30 days from the original session date. If the session is not used within this time frame, it will be forfeited.

5. Monthly/Quarterly Services
Monthly or quarterly programs may be cancelled at any time during the service period. However, no refunds will be issued for the remaining time in the term. Clients will continue to have access to the service and any included resources until the end of the paid period.

Once clients complete a program or service, their App access will remain live for a period of six (6) months.
