You’re here because you’re active and you know how to be active. You just need to know how to train, stretch and mobilize better so you can keep enjoying and doing more with your body.
And because you already know how to do some level of Fitness, you don’t need constant cheerleading from me.
What you need is for me to empower you with the autonomy and flexibility to integrate a custom fitness program into your life while providing expert guidance at key moments.
You need to know “what to prioritize”, “how to integrate it”, and “how to evolve when life happens”.
This 12 week evolving and renewable service offers a balance between structured support and the freedom to manage your own progress, with the option to add one-on-one personal training sessions as needed.
Personalized Assessment: We start by getting to know each other, understanding how you move, what works for you, and identifying areas that need attention.
Foundation Building: The initial phase focuses on conditioning and priming your muscles and joints to start bridging gaps. This critical stage helps address pain points and lays the groundwork for correcting imbalances and preparing you for the strength work ahead.
Strength Development: We work towards progress and you’ll enter a strength-building phase tailored to support your fitness vision. These phases evolve and last approximately 5-7 weeks, with reviews and adjustments as needed.
Refresh & Recovery: At key intervals, we’ll incorporate days dedicated to recovery and transition, allowing your body to rejuvenate before moving into the next phase of your program.
Kickoff Activities: Initial setup, discussions, baseline assessments, and program reviews to ensure you're set up for success.
Weekly Training Schedules: Personalized workout plans and rest days assigned via my app, complete with detailed videos and descriptions.
Customized Workouts: Whether you’re at home, traveling, or in a hotel gym, you’ll receive workouts accessible to your environment.
Core, Stretching, and Mobility Highlights: Monthly focus areas to enhance your overall fitness and flexibility.
Injury and Recovery Protocols: Collaborate with a spinal and movement therapist for comprehensive programming when injuries occur.
Hydration and Milestone Tracking: Stay on top of your hydration goals and track your progress with interesting milestone markers and fitness tests.
Periodic Check-ins: We’ll connect as needed through chats or calls to review progress and adjust your program.
